Got it! We have S+ and S++ that are made for small underbust and bigger cup size. We also have the tie tops, that we only have to consider the cups/coverage since the ties can be adjusted to fit perfectly around.

Based off of your measurements, your recommended top size is S+ for non-adjustable tops and M for adjustable tops.
