My exchange request (#A3C5AE2947526), submitted on June 26, 2026, is still
pending approval. The confirmation email stated that I would receive an
email within two business days, but it has now been more than two business
days and I have not received anything in either my inbox or spam folder.
This exchange request is for order #2367867NA. Could you please let me know
when I can expect to receive the approval email or an update on the status
of my request?
