Hello,
I've tried to contact the returns team multiple times to get the
return shipping information for my order #2295812NA and exchange
request number #37469F2880590 with no reply. They had me place a
new order #2306183NA and then told me to send them the order
number before they would send me the return shipping information.
I did that on the 1st and still haven't gotten any emails back.
Can someone on the customer service team please return my emails
and get back to me about this?
