When I was taking it off I noticed that the stitching that keeps the black metal triangle logo on is not properly tied off and now is coming loose and will probably fully come out if I wear it again.     The item has not been washed. The item was not dried. The item came in contact with no rough surfaces. I wore it tanning once, laying on a chair covered by a towel.
