   Hi lovely team, I just got back from vacation and wanted to reach out because I absolutely loved wearing my Triangl bikini 🥹 I got so many compliments on it throughout my trip and honestly felt amazing in it. During my vacation, I was in and out of both the ocean and pool daily, but I was always very careful with the bikini and made sure to rinse it thoroughly with fresh water after every wear. Despite that, I unfortunately noticed the colour has already started fading quite a bit, especially considering how new the bikini is. I also noticed that the string in the middle of the top somehow became twisted internally, and I haven't been able to untwist or fix it :( I've attached photos along with my order details for reference. I'm honestly so sad because I absolutely adore this bikini and the beautiful quality your brand is known for. I was wondering if there would be any possibility of getting another one and the same style/size for the top (XS), and a size small in the bottoms. I really hope this isn't too much of an ask.    Hi Joanna, xx Thank you so much for getting back to me and for looking into this for me, I really appreciate it. I've attached photos showing the fading on both the top and bottoms. The bikini originally arrived as a much brighter neon pink, which I also included a photo of for reference from when it first arrived. As you can see in the updated photos, the top has faded more into a salmon pink shade, and the bottoms are beginning to turn into that same salmon colour as well. You can also see the twisted string in the photos I attached. I purchased from Triangl because of the beautiful quality and reputation of triangl bikinis, which is why I'm honestly really sad this happened after my vacation. I truly love the brand and appreciate you taking the time to assess everything for me. Please let me know if there is anything else needed from my end. xx

    Hi Crystel, Thank you for getting back to me and for looking into this for me. The bikini was only worn during my vacation in the Caribbean at a resort. I took very good care of it and was extremely careful because I know how delicate swimwear fabrics can be. The bikini was never machine washed and was never washed with hot water. After wearing it in the ocean or pool, I rinsed it immediately with cold water in the shower to remove any salt water or chlorine. I did not use detergent, bleach, or any harsh soaps/products on it. To dry it, I laid it flat indoors on a towel on my bed to air dry. I never leave my swimwear outside in direct sunlight because I'm aware prolonged sun exposure can contribute to fading, so I made sure to avoid that completely. (I have way too bikinis I know how to take care of them!) The bikini was also never used in a hot tub, the resort we stayed at did not have one. I purchased this bikini because I've always heard such amazing things about Triangl quality, it's not a cheap bathing suit, which is why I was honestly so disappointed and upset to notice the colour fading so quickly after only wearing it on one trip. I absolutely loved the bikini otherwise and received so many compliments on it throughout my vacation, so I was really sad to see this happen so soon despite being very careful with how I cared for it. I truly appreciate you taking the time to assess this for me and I'm hopeful something can be done.

I also just wanted to mention again from my previous message, if possible, instead of the XS bottoms, would I be able to receive a size Small instead? I found the XS fit a little too small in the front area, especially since I'm quite tall, so I think the Small would fit much more comfortably and not have to worry about any body parts showing.
