Hello TRIANGL Team,
I recently received my order and was really excited to try it on. However,
when I opened the package and tried on the bikini, the string used to tie
the bottom broke immediately.
This was my first time trying it on, so the item was clearly defective upon
arrival. Unfortunately, this makes the swimsuit unwearable, which is really
disappointing.
I would like to request a full refund or a replacement as soon as possible.
Please let me know what steps I need to take next.Thank you for your help,
