Defective Item – Refund Request

Hello TRIANGL Team, I recently received my order and was really excited to try it on. However, when I opened the package and tried on the bikini, the string used to tie the bottom broke immediately. This was my first time trying it on, so the item was clearly defective upon arrival. Unfortunately, this makes the swimsuit unwearable, which is really disappointing.
