I placed an order for a bikini and reached out and had the order
edited as the shorts on the original order were not the correct
size.
My order was edited and replaced and I was given the order number
of 2311139NA.
I received my order today but I am wanted to exchange for a
different style top.
I went to the returns portal to start an exchange but am getting
an error saying I cannot start a return as my order is not
eligible since the order has not been processed or delivered. I
have the order and want to exchange the top.
