Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable through TRIANGL.
If you're located in Canada, you may be able to claim back the duties and taxes directly through the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
Before submitting your claim, you'll need to request a copy of your B3 form and Commercial Invoice (if required) by emailing postreleasedocreports@fedex.com.
Once you have those documents, you can submit your request to the CBSA using the following form:
