    i dont have a tape measure at home. is there a rough estimate of size that may work? or any advice on if this style tends to run big/small/true to size?

    The sizing is true to size. I would recommend the S top. If you prefer more coverage, you may want to consider the M size. for the bottoms, you may get the S size.
