Hi Lindsey, Thank you for getting in touch. The Dispatch Note is the printed document that comes inside your package when your order is delivered. It is usually placed together with the bikini items inside the parcel and lists the items included in your order. Kindly include this document when sending your return, as it helps our warehouse quickly identify your order and process the return smoothly. For your reference, I will also attach a sample Dispatch Note so you can easily identify the document inside your package. Regarding the return shipping, we suggest using regular post as opposed to commercial couriers like FedEx or DHL as they can be costly. You may go to your local post office and have it shipped as a regular post as this will significantly lower the cost. Shipping cost differs from one location to another. It would be best to check with your local post office. Kindly note that Triangl does not provide return labels.
