Exchanges & Returns
We offer a 14-day hassle-free returns period. To request an exchange or
return, simply log in to our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving
your parcel using the email address used to place your order. Once your
Return Authorisation (RA) is approved, items must be received back by
TRIANGL within 14 days.
Upon receipt, you will either receive your replacement item or a refund for
the product price (original shipping costs excluded).
