Please don’t worry — we genuinely appreciate your honesty and the effort you're making to return the item. While we do prefer the original packaging, it’s perfectly acceptable to use any clean, clear plastic to securely pack the bikinis for return. As long as the item is in original condition, with tags still attached, and returned within the designated timeframe, we’ll be able to process your return as normal. Also, the Dispatch Note is the printed document that comes inside your package when your order is delivered. It is usually placed together with the bikini items inside the parcel and lists the items included in your order. Kindly include this document when sending your return, as it helps our warehouse quickly identify your order and process the return smoothly. For your reference, I’ve attached a copy of your dispatch note, which you can print and include with your return.
