We’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
During the festive period, all orders placed from 3 December 2025 will have until 8 January 2026 to request a return.
To be accepted, items need to be in their original condition with the returns tag and hygiene seal still attached. Please note, we can’t take back items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
If your return meets these conditions, you’ll receive a full refund for the item price (excluding original shipping fees and any duties/taxes).
