We understand that the EU has removed the €150 duty-free threshold for low-value shipments, resulting in customs duties, taxes, and other applicable charges for shipments entering EU countries. However, our concern is that the commercial invoice already indicates that the import duties and taxes were included in the shipment charges. Could you please clarify why the customer was required to pay additional charges upon delivery? Specifically, we'd like to understand whether these were separate customs-related fees, brokerage charges, or another type of import fee that was not covered by the prepaid duties and taxes. Please see the attached commercial invoice as reference. We appreciate your clarification so we can accurately explain the charges to the customer. Thank you very much and have a great day!
