Hi Triangl Team,
Hope you're doing well! I recently purchased two bikinis (order
#2345451NA) both
in a size Small, which is the same size I've always ordered from Triangl.
I finally had a chance to wear them swimming, and unfortunately both
bottoms were much bigger than expected. They felt noticeably larger than
previous Smalls I've purchased from you and were so loose in the water that
they actually fell off.
I know I'm outside of the exchange window, but since this is the same size
I've always worn from Triangl, I wanted to reach out and see if there is
any flexibility here. I've never had an issue with sizing before, so I was
surprised by how different these fit.
I'd really appreciate any help you can provide and would be happy to send
over my order information or anything else that might be helpful.

Please note that our sizing, cuts, and fabrics have evolved over the years, and these changes can sometimes affect how a particular style fits compared to older collections. Different fabric compositions and design cuts may also result in variations in fit, even when the size label remains the same.
We understand how disappointing this must be, particularly as the bikinis were purchased in the size you have successfully worn before. Unfortunately, as the bikinis have already been worn and used for swimming, we are unable to offer an exchange or return in accordance with our hygiene and returns policies.
