For your bottoms, if you used to wear Medium, the closest current equivalent is still Medium. For your top, I can’t accurately recommend the new size from your old S+ alone. Thanks for your message! Not exactly. TRIANGL updated its sizing in 2025 to better reflect standard international sizing and improve overall fit accuracy.
