When you had the old sizes I got small + in the top and Medium in the bottoms. What should I get now?

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out to TRIANGL Support. We’re happy to help. Just a quick heads up, TRIANGL updated the fit of some tops in 2025, so sizing may feel slightly different now. For your bottoms, if you used to wear Medium, the closest current equivalent is still Medium. For your top, I can’t accurately recommend the new size from your old S+ alone. Could you share your underbust and overbust measurements? That helps us give the most accurate recommendation. You can also check the updated size guide here: [https://triangl.com/pages/size-guide](https://triangl.com/pages/size-guide)

Thanks for your message! Not exactly. TRIANGL updated its sizing in 2025 to better reflect standard international sizing and improve overall fit accuracy. The silhouettes stayed the same, but the updated sizing provides a more true to size fit. If you ordered from us before the 2025 update, your usual size may feel slightly different now. We recommend checking the updated Size Guide before placing a new order: [https://triangl.com/pages/size-guide](https://triangl.com/pages/size-guide) If you’d like, I can connect you with one of our sizing experts to help confirm the best size for you 💛
