Hi Triangl team,
I recently received order #2334305NA (reference 356409) and would like to request exchanges for the following tops. I already tried to process this through the return portal, but I found it a bit confusing and wanted to reach out directly to make sure there is no miscommunication and that I receive exactly the right pieces.
The bottoms all fit perfectly, so I am hoping I only need to return the tops — please let me know if you require the full sets instead.
Here are the exchanges I need:
1. Jara Jett top — ordered size L, would like to exchange for size XL
2. Sofi Azure Sparkle top — ordered size L, would like to exchange for size M
3. Dara Canary Crush Neoprene top — ordered size L, would like to exchange for the Este Canary Crush Neoprene Halter top in size M
Could you please confirm the return process and whether I should send back the tops only or the full sets? I would also appreciate a return label or instructions on how to proceed.
