I'm reaching out regarding my order #2322427NA - The crochet stitch on my bikini is falling apart, I have not even worn the bikini yet and noticed it came with loose threads. The crochet is just going to completely unravel if I do wear it so I am really disappointed with my purchase. I have never bought anything from Triangl before but have always heard great things, so I believe this is a defective item but I would like a refund for my order as I paid such a high price for a damaged and unwearable bikini.

As you reported the item/s to be faulty, can you please send us at least 2 photos showing the problem area? From there we can assess and proceed with your request.

Hello,
Thank you for your response. There are loose threads on both the bikini top
and bottom, but I would not like a replacement to be honest I am weary of
the material coming undone again. I don't want to have to worry about my
bikini when I paid that much for it, so I would prefer a refund rather than
a replacement.
