Your return request needs to be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Once it’s approved, you’ll receive your RA number and full return instructions by email.
For a refund, the full set needs to be returned. Items need to be in original condition with the returns tag and hygiene seal attached, and the Returns Card included in the parcel.
Return shipping is at your own cost, and we recommend using a tracked service and keeping the tracking number until the return is processed.
