I need to make a return and exchange and haven’t gotten a response to my email

For an exchange, if you are changing size or fit within the same style, you can return just the piece you want to switch, or the full set. If you want a different style or colour, the full set needs to be returned in exchange for another full set.

how slow the return process is given that there is a 14 day window. I could
