Hi is the refund supposed to be in. the card I had my original payment with because I didn't get refunded yet. When should it show up in my account.

Refunded payments are credited back to the original payment source. If you paid using your credit card, the refund will be sent to the credit card used upon purchase. Please be advised that some credit card companies take 2-3 business days to post the refunded amount and others may take even longer.
What we can provide is the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) connected to the refund transaction:

We recommend providing this ARN number directly to your financial institution or the issuer connected to the original payment source. They can use this reference number to trace and locate the refunded funds on their end.
