For the BUST, wrap the measuring tape around the most protruding part of the bust.
For the UNDERBUST, allow the tape to slide to its most comfortable (yet snug) position around the ribcage. This is where the band of the bra normally sits.

Here's your guide:
For the WAIST, use the tape to circle your waist (sort of like a belt would) at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage.
For the HIPS, wrap the tape around the biggest part or the most protruding part of the bum.
