You may use the tracking number we sent in your Shipping Confirmation email as a reference.
Please do the above as soon as you can. Otherwise, your parcel may be returned to us.
Note: Once your parcel has been returned to our warehouse, we will process your refund for the item value, less a USD 20 administration fee.
