It looks like your parcel has been prepared for mailing. However, as there isn't a tracking number or proof of postage visible, we're unable to confirm that it has been lodged with the postal service just yet.
When you have a chance, could you please send us a copy of your proof of postage or your tracking number? Once we receive your tracking details, we'll be happy to process your exchange ahead of your return arriving at our warehouse while we monitor its journey to our Netherlands warehouse.
