Dear TRIANGL Team,
I have received my new order and I am very happy with it. However, after trying it on, I realized that the bikini bottoms (Cheeky) in size S are unfortunately a little too large for me maybe.
I was wondering if it would be possible to order only the bikini bottoms in a smaller size so that I can compare the two sizes before deciding which one fits best.
Could you please let me know if this is possible and how I should proceed?

At the moment, bikinis are not available for purchase individually, so it is not possible to order just the bottoms from a set.

We'd be happy to assist you with sizing! To proceed, could you please share the following details?
- What is your full bra size for a normal/non push up bra? (US 34B / EU 75B. etc.)
- Your usual top size in clothing.
- Your bust and underbust measurements in cm.
For the bust: wrap the measuring tape around the most protruding part of the bust.
For the underbust: allow the tape to slide to its most comfortable yet snug position around the ribcage. This is where the band of the bra normally sits.
Once we’ve confirmed your sizing, I’ll forward your return concern to our Returns Team so they can assist you further.

Unfortunately, my issue has not yet been resolved.
Before I provide my sizing details and place a new order, I would first like to receive confirmation regarding the return period for my current bikini.
As I understand it, the only option available is to order another complete set in a different size and compare the two. However, shipping to Austria can take some time, and I am concerned that my current return window may expire before the new order arrives.
Could you please confirm whether my current return period can be extended to allow me enough time to receive the second order, compare the sizes, and then decide which set to keep?
This is the most important point for me at the moment. If an extension is not possible, I will need to return my current bikini within the required timeframe and will unfortunately not proceed with a new order.
Once I have clarification regarding the return period, I will be happy to provide my sizing details for the MAIA style.

I would like to follow up regarding my order.
Over the past few days, I contacted you several times because I was genuinely interested in ordering a second bikini in a different size so that I could compare the fit. In that case, I would of course have kept one of the two bikinis.
Unfortunately, I received responses only after significant delays and, in some cases, did not receive a clear answer to my questions at all. As I was waiting for your reply before making a decision, I have now decided to return the bikini and not proceed with another order.
I have therefore initiated the return and am now waiting for the corresponding return confirmation and further processing from your team.
It is really disappointing, as I would have happily placed another order. However, due to the long response times and the lack of clarification regarding my questions, I have decided to return my current order instead.
I would also appreciate a response today, as I will not be at home for approximately the next week and need to organise and finalise this matter beforehand.
