From what I understand, you have not received the funds sent to you.
Upon checking, I can see we returned the funds back to the original payment method used when you placed your order on 7 May 2026 which was your ApplePay. Please note that the credit should appear on your statement as Global-e US Inc.
We recommend to reach out to your bank/card issuer to have them review the transaction. You may use the attached credit note as reference for the refund issued.
