DHL. In these cases, parcels may be forwarded to the nearest local Post
Office for collection.
Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at
orders@triangl.com within 8 hours of placing your order. Please note:
- We can only assist with size changes or style changes, subject to
availability.
- Shipping address changes are only possible if the new address remains
within the same state and country as the original address.
- We are unable to guarantee any changes requested after the 8-hour
window, as orders may already be in processing.
Exchanges & Returns
We offer a 14-day hassle-free returns period. To request an exchange or
return, simply log in to our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving
your parcel using the email address used to place your order. Once your
Return Authorisation (RA) is approved, items must be received back by
TRIANGL within 14 days.
Upon receipt, you will either receive your replacement item or a refund for
the product price (original shipping costs excluded).
