The Returns Tag is the cardboard tag that is strung together with the top and bottom bikini pieces. Please make sure the tags are still attached to the item/s.
Also, the Dispatch Note is the printed document that comes inside your package when your order is delivered. It is usually placed together with the bikini items inside the parcel and lists the items included in your order.
Kindly include this document when sending your return, as it helps our warehouse quickly identify your order and process the return smoothly.
For your reference, I’ve attached a copy of your dispatch note, which you can print and include with your return.
