S+ and S++ sizes are designed for customers with a smaller frame but a fuller bust, with about a 1 cm difference in bust coverage between each size. Both have the same underbust measurement as the S top but offer more cup coverage. The Medium size is generally larger than S++ as it fits a bigger frame with larger underbust and overbust measurements. For a 34D bust size, size S++ typically offers more bust coverage compared to S+ and Small, as there is about a 1 cm increase in bust coverage with each increment in size. However, if your underbust measurement is around 75-80 cm, S++ may be best. The Medium size generally provides larger bust and band coverage overall.
