I'm reaching out regarding a swimsuit I recently purchased from your brand, as I've encountered an issue that is very disappointing. Especially considering the quality and price of the product I expected.
After wearing and/or washing the swimsuit according to the care instructions, I noticed significant color bleeding onto other areas of the fabric. This is not something I would expect from a product at this level, and it has unfortunately affected the overall appearance and wearability of the item.
I take care to follow proper garment care guidelines, so I'm confident this is not due to misuse. Given the circumstances, I would appreciate a resolution. Ideally, I would like to request store credit so I can purchase a replacement product from your brand.
