Hi Anne, Thank you for your recent purchase! FedEx has informed us that your parcel is on its way back to us because they attempted to complete the delivery several times to no avail. You can view the shipment's travel history by clicking on this link which is the same one in your Shipping Confirmation email: https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/?trknbr=516617440639&trkqual=2461112000~516617440639~FX&simplified=true Since the parcel is on its way to us, we are unable to stop the return. As soon as the items are received back at our warehouse, we will process your refund for the item value, less a USD 20 administration fee.

This is a residential address. Why should I have to pay a fee, there is no reason it couldn't be delivered, there is a mailbox and I get packages every day. I am not paying this fee and will dispute it with my credit card company if I don't get a full refund. I'm not sure why you choose to require a signature for delivery and then state that I have to pay for a product I didn't get, but I run a business and this is a scam.

Dear Anne, Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m really sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. I completely understand why this doesn’t feel right, especially if you regularly receive deliveries at your address without issue. For our customers’ protection, shipments are typically sent with a signature requirement to help prevent lost or missing packages. While this is outlined in our FAQs and included in the order and tracking confirmation emails, I completely understand how this may have been easy to miss. FedEx may sometimes leave parcels in a secure location depending on local guidelines, we generally don’t recommend this option in order to minimize the risk of loss. In your case, FedEx made delivery attempts to no avail and they also left a door tag with further instructions. As the parcel was not collected or rescheduled within their holding period, it has now been returned to us. At this point, the only option available is to refund the item value, less a $20 USD administration fee in line with our return policy. Your refund transaction ID is 22342111. You should see the funds back in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your card provider. I truly understand that this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and I’m very sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you’d still like your Triangl pieces, you’re very welcome to place a new order on our website. If you have any other questions about your order, feel free to reach out. We’ll be happy to assist. For follow-ups, kindly include all of your questions in one email so we can handle them efficiently. Kindest, Trish

There was no notice left at the house from the shipping company. No communication of any kind as to how I could be available when the package was delivered. So basically if you work 9-5 you shouldn't order products from your company? I paid $20 to get nothing, and there was absolutely nothing I could do about it? I run a company myself, and charging people for not getting a product because you feel the need to cover your potential losses with a signature clause that makes it my problem to receive a shipment that I can't schedule isn't a good business practice. I would think all the savings in claims would at least let you be able to eat the shipping charges that you're making me responsible for. I'm happy to start leaving your company some negative reviews. Nothing about this was my fault. Why should I have to pay anything at all? How was I supposed to know to be home? What communication did I get about missed deliveries?

Dear Anne, Thank you for your message. I understand why this situation feels frustrating, especially given your experience with other deliveries. I’ve reviewed the shipment details, and FedEx did attempt delivery and left a door tag (DT107542328248) at the address with instructions on how to proceed. This is their standard process to notify the recipient and provide options such as rescheduling delivery or arranging a pickup. As the parcel was not successfully received or actioned within the courier’s holding period, it was returned to us in line with their delivery policy. Because of this, the $20 administration fee applies, as it covers the return handling and processing costs charged by the courier once the shipment is sent back. We do include the signature requirement in our order confirmation and shipping communications as a security measure to help prevent lost or missing parcels. While we understand this may not align with all delivery preferences, it is part of the service used for all shipments. Your refund for the item value has already been processed, and you should see the funds reflected within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank. If you decide to place another order in the future, we’d recommend using an address where someone is available during delivery hours, or a business address, to help ensure successful delivery. If you have any other questions about your order, feel free to reach out. We’ll be happy to assist. For follow-ups, kindly include all of your questions in one email so we can handle them efficiently. Kindest, Anna xx

Yeah there was no door tag. You should maybe consider that your scenario doesn't always work in the real world, and that the customer shouldn't be the one that pays for that. * Door tags blow away * Drivers put them on the wrong house Had there actually been a door tag, I would have done something. But I'm sure you could care less about my actual experience. When I'm trying to deliver something to my customers and I can't, we call them or email them to work it out. The freight companies contact us, so it's definitely an option. Like I would ever buy anything from you again! You charged me for something I never got, and made your logistics my fault.

Also in the end I'm being charged $40 for not getting anything, not $20. My original charge was for $151.

Dear Anne, Thank you for reaching out to us again! I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused, and I completely understand why this situation feels unfair from your perspective. I hear what you’re saying about the door tag, and you’re absolutely right that these situations don’t always play out as intended in real-world deliveries. While FedEx marked the delivery attempt and left a door tag in their system, I understand that you did not receive it, and I’m sorry for that experience. In addition to the delivery attempt, we also sent shipment confirmation and the initial “out for delivery” notifications to the email address provided on your order to help keep you informed of the delivery status. Regarding the charges, I understand your concern about the total amount. The $20 administration fee reflects the return handling costs charged to us by the courier once the parcel is sent back. This fee is applied in line with our policy, and unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exemptions or adjustments in this case. Please note that the original shipping fee ($20) is non-refundable. For clarity, here is the full breakdown: Item cost $119.00 + Sales tax $10.60 Shipping cost $20.00 + Shipping tax $1.78 (non-refundable) Administration fee $20.00 (deduction for the returned parcel) Refund issued: $109.60 Your refund has already been processed, and you should see the funds reflected within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank. If you have any other questions about your order, feel free to reach out. We’ll be happy to assist. For follow-ups, kindly include all of your questions in one email so we can handle them efficiently. Kindest, Trish

Hi Orders Team. Anne commented on our IG post. Forwarding for your review and assistance, please. Thank you so much x > You shouldn't buy from this company. The shipping takes a month, they require a signature, so if you're not home to sign for it, it's returned to them and they won't fully refund you. I paid to get nothing from them.

TRUSTPILOT - 1 STAR REVIEW: Won't refund, didn't get item They ship from China so it takes a month to get your products. They require a signature for delivery. I received no slip that a driver had attempted delivery, and they returned the item to them. They refused to issue a full refund. I paid $40 for an item I didn't get, and they act like it's my fault for not being there to sign for a package.
