Broken bathing suit

Hi, My name is Elin price, but my orders could be under my mom (Brandie price). Yesterday my Mala- Banc Blue Balconette bikini set broke (the top), I just got this bikini and I haven't had it for long. My order number is #2324479NA. This isn't the first time my bikini's have broken from here. One of my first bikinis I've ever ordered broke a while ago, it was the Maia- Tine Sparkle but in blue, I don't think triangl even sales it anymore and the top also broke. I do not have the order number but I have a picture of what the broken part looks like for both. I have gone to places to try to get it fixed but no one can. I will provide pictures below of how they are broken. I hope to hear back and maybe work something out at least for the Mala one please, it's one of my favorites.
