Because of that, we would not tell you to size down to S just from the chart alone. Since your previous TRIANGL bottom in M still fits you perfectly, the safest recommendation is to keep the M if you like that fit and coverage. If you want a firmer, smaller fit, S would be the next option, but we would not recommend going smaller than that.
And yes, sizing was updated in 2025 to better reflect standard international sizing. The silhouettes stayed the same, but the fit is now more true to size, so an older TRIANGL size can feel a little different now.
