   hi Jenina! I’m reaching out regarding a quality and fit issue with two recent TRIANGL bikini sets I ordered, especially the MIMA - BUTTER CROCHET STRIPE Crop Bikini Set. My order included: MIMA - BISC Brown Crop Bikini Set MIMA - BUTTER CROCHET STRIPE Crop Bikini Set I selected size S for the bottoms after reviewing your size guide. My measurements are 68 cm waist and 92 cm hip. I chose size S because I wanted a comfortable fit that would not dig in or feel too tight. When I first tried both bottoms on dry, they already felt slightly loose, but I thought they would still be wearable. However, after wearing the BUTTER CROCHET STRIPE bottom for one normal beach day, it stretched out significantly once wet and became unwearable. It felt as though it had grown several sizes. The waistband no longer held properly, the body of the bottom became much longer and sagged, and it kept falling out of place to the point where I felt exposed and uncomfortable. This was not a small sizing preference issue - the crochet bottom changed dramatically after normal water use, which is what swimwear is intended for. The fit became so loose that I could not wear it properly or feel secure in it. The BISC bottom is also looser than expected, although the issue is much more severe with the crochet style after contact with water. I measured the crochet bottom after wearing it, and the waistband circumference is approximately 75.5 cm when measured unstretched around the waistband. I’m happy to send photos, videos, measurements, and a comparison between both bottoms if helpful. I genuinely love TRIANGL and the design of these bikinis, which is why this is so disappointing. These pieces were a meaningful purchase for me, and I was really excited to wear them. I would love to continue buying from your brand, but I’m hoping you can help me find a fair solution here. I understand that this may not fall under a standard return process, as I removed the tags/packaging because I was excited to wear the items. However, the main issue with the crochet bottom only became clear after normal use in water, and I hope this can be reviewed as a quality/faulty item concern rather than a standard change-of-mind return. Ideally, I would be very grateful if you could assist with an exchange to a smaller size, such as XS or XXS, for the bottoms or sets as required. If a replacement, store credit, or another solution is more appropriate under your process, I would really appreciate your help reviewing the best option. I honestly don't think I've ever loved swimwear this much. Your bikinis fit my style perfectly, and I already know I'll keep buying from you in the future. I've attached the photos you requested. It was bigger at the beach, seems that when the fabric gets wet, it stretches quite a bit and becomes much looser.. What I noticed is that once the bottoms get wet, they stretch even more. The very first time I wore them to the beach, they became much looser than they were when I first tried them on. They felt very baggy, almost like a diaper, and unfortunately they didn't sit on my body the way they should. I wasn't able to enjoy wearing them because they became so loose. I think now I understand that this fabric naturally stretches more than I expected I would really appreciate your help with finding a solution or exchanging them, because I'd genuinely love to be able to wear them comfortably. Nylon Spandex bottoms: The customer's measured 1/2 waist is 33.5 cm, which matches the M measurement (S = 31.5 cm, M = 33.5 cm). Crochet bottoms: While we don't have a 1/2 waist specification for this fabric, the other measurements provided are closer to the M size. The 1/2 leg opening measurement also aligns more closely with the M size.
