Hi Triangl Team, I just received my bikini's and while they're super cute, one pair of the bottoms has an unstitched portion of thread. It's located in the front of the bikini making it visible. Even despite the aesthetic flaw this causes, I'm concerned it will cause functionality issues and continue to come undone. This is my order number #2356835NA and the item is this: SKY HIGH Blue Bikini Bottom× 1 S / Tie-side / Cheeky Please let me know if I can be sent new bottoms or be refunded. I'm happy to provide a photo if needed!

Dear Lina, Thank you for sending the photos! After reviewing them carefully, we can reassure you that this is not a manufacturing defect. The excess thread visible in the photos does not affect the integrity of the stitch itself — the thread lock underneath remains fully secure, so there's no risk of it continuing to come undone or causing any functionality issues down the line. The good news is that this is a very easy fix! You can simply trim the excess thread with a small pair of scissors, cutting only up to where the bristled threads are exposed, and it will look good as new. We hope this puts your mind at ease! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions — we're always happy to help. Kindest, Nikka
