Before sending a return, please submit a request through our Returns Portal to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. You can access the portal here: [https://triangl.com/a/returns](https://triangl.com/a/returns).
Once approved, you'll receive an email with full return instructions, including the correct return address. For security and processing reasons, we cannot share the return address via chat.
Remember that returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, and items must be in their original condition with hygiene seals and return tags attached. Return shipping is your responsibility and must be done with tracked shipping.
If you already have an RA number, please check your return approval email (including spam or junk folder) for instructions.

I have done this already and says no return carrier available
I'm away on holiday next week and need to return as only have 14 return policy
