Return service not responding

Hi I placed an order of two swimsuits the order number is 2349807NA. The tops were both too small so I emailed to do an exchange. They responded and said I needed to buy two entirely new swimsuits and email them the new code. I did this on Monday and emailed them the code. I have not heard back with an RA number. I tried to go to the return link and it will only let me put in a request for the bottoms. I need to return both of the full sets. Please get back to me with an RA number for the entirety of order 2349807NA.
