I recently purchased my first swimsuit from your brand
and was really excited to receive it. However, after wearing it
just once, the top end pieces of the bottoms snapped off. Given
that the order costed almost $150, I was honestly very
disappointed, especially since I had been looking forward to
wearing it.
I wanted to reach out to see if there is anything that can be
done regarding this issue. I truly love the style and was
actually planning on placing another order, but this experience
has made me hesitant since I'm concerned the same thing could
happen again.
I would really appreciate any help or guidance you can
provideâwhether that's a replacement, repair, or next steps.
