I placed this order last week and selected rush shipping since I need it by Wednesday morning for a trip. I'm concerned because it still hasn't shipped.
Is there anything you can do to expedite it at this point?
Also, can you confirm whether the shipping status I'm seeing is up to date, or if there may be a delay in the tracking information?
