Hi I just wanted to confirm before I ship it out, I will be getting the top in a size small correct? Not a refund? I also do not have the plastic bag anymore. The tag is still on and everything but I do not have the bag. Will that be an issue?

Yes, thatâs correctâyou will be receiving the top in a size Small as an exchange, not a refund, as we do not offer partial refunds.
Regarding the plastic bag, that is absolutely fine. As long as the item is unworn and the tags are still attached, we can proceed with your exchange without the original packaging. You may use any other clean packaging, as long as the item is neatly packed and laid flat.
Once you have posted your return, please provide a snapshot of your return postage receipt, showing the tracking number and courier used directly to this email. This will help us monitor the shipment and process your request promptly.
