Return Request Help # C434342881200

Hello, I sent a request for a return for Order Number 2285963NA (Request # C434342881200) on March 28th, 2026. I received an email on March 31st, 2026 asking for confirmation that I will be returning the full set (top, bottom and bag/pouch). I responded with yes I will be returning all items full set, top, bottom and bag/pouch in original packaging and in the same condition as it was received. It has been over 72 hours since I have received this message and still have not gotten a response back. I have sent 2 follow up emails, one on April 1st, 2026, and one today April 3rd, 2026. I am prepared to send all items back immediately. I am expecting a resolution to this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
