    I recently ordered the Dara Silver sparkle bikini (order #2365072NA) and I noticed the fabric is significantly pilled on the bottoms and multiple threads are loose on the top. The fabric is also extremely scratchy. Every bikini I own from Triangl is super high quality, and this really does not match the quality of my other suits. Is there anything you can do for this? Thank you!

    Hi Lynn, 1. I noticed the piling and loose threads when I first wore it. I did not inspect for them when I first received it since all of my triangl suits are so high quality. 2. I noticed the piling and loose threads before washing. It has also been washed in cold water with gentle detergent. 3. Yes, it was machine washed on delicate with cold water after I wore it. But the piling and threads were there before I washed it. 4. Never been used in a hot tub. 5. No rough services. I only wore this one time to sit on a lounge chair with a towel. Also, I want to add the scratchiness in the fabric was felt when I first wore it. It's specially uncomfortable on the straps around my neck - I was constantly itching my neck all day. I really love triangl and want to continue buying suits, but this one feels unwearable in my collection.

Exposure to sun, chlorine, hot water, sand, and saltwater may affect the longevity of the fabric.
