Swimsuit Fitting Error

Good evening!! I hope you are doing well. I recently got a swimsuit from Triangl for Christmas. I was so excited because they are my favorite suits and I have a few of them already. However, after trying it on I was really sad to see that the bottoms did not fit at all in fact they were gaping in the back. This is extremely odd since I always order a small and have never had this issue. I was so excited to wear my new suit in Hawaii next week but now it isn't even wearable. I put the order # in online and it says my mom ordered it and it's past the date since she likes to get Christmas shopping done early. I am really disappointed but you guys have always been great. Thanks in advance for taking care of me as a repeat customer and I really hope we can get this figured out as soon as possible.
