I am writing regarding my order #2394614NA, which I placed on July 22 with express shipping. As of today, my order has still not been dispatched.
I specifically chose and paid for express shipping because I was hoping to receive my order before the beginning of August. I am therefore concerned that it has not yet been shipped.
Could you please let me know why my order is still pending and when it is expected to be dispatched? I would appreciate an update as soon as possible.
