I am curious how long does the exchange usually take? I understand it has to reach the warehouse first but what would an estimated time frame be?

Once we receive the item from you, it will take just like the normal process. 1-2 business days to process it then 3-5 business days for shipping/delivery. However, there might be some occasional customs or courier delays that may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.
