I contacted you on Saturday and again yesterday about
returning an XS small which I need to exchange for a Small in the
same design. I have received no response and desperately need the
top by next Wednesday as my daughter is going on holiday and it
was her birthday present. I would have ordered another top in
desperation yesterday whilst I wait for a RA code from you, but
seem unable just to order just a top. Your range is lovely, and a
quality expensive product, so I did expect a better customer
service. Please contact me today so that I may just be able to
